Management Surveys

An Asbestos management survey is provided for workplace business owners and landlords to identify the presence and location of asbestos-containing materials, carry out a suitable risk assessment, and develop an asbestos management plan, which is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety Act 2015, for all business owners (PCBU) to have in place throughout New Zealand.

Note: All Consultex Samples are analysed by an IANZ accredited laboratory and results are compiled into the survey reports
